I first want to thank Charlie (the property manager)who is so personable all around- for giving me a tour around the complex and to a unit, I am sold!! This property is absolutely gorgeous. Keep up the great work Royal Palms!! I love how secure the buildings are, giving a very homey feel. I am looking forward to living at Royal Palms.

I just moved in, and I love it. The property manager and landlord are both very knowledgeable and understanding. The new full renovations make this a good value and a great quality place to live. The location is unbeatable with everything here in town - grocery and department stores are literally within walking distance. The other tenants are friendly and agreeable. With the police station nearby, I also feel safe with my family here. I give Royal Palms Apartments a high rating due to all this plus the consideration for our needs by management. I feel this is a good choice, because after searching for the right apartment we found it. 👍🏻🙏🏻😊

I've been living in these apartments for almost 6 months now. When I was looking to move in, the property manager was very accommodating and helpful. I came to her about a month before I was ready to get an apartment, and she answered all my questions and worked with my requests. I was shown which buildings I could choose from, and she reserved the one I liked and made sure that it was ready by the time I moved in. When I've requested maintenance help, issues were resolved very fast. I've never heard my building neighbors. In other apartments, you can hear talking and moving about through the walls. I've never had that issue here, it's very private. The grounds are always kept up nicely, and the inside of my apartment is cozy and well remodeled. I have no complaints about living here, it's been great!
